By placing an order on our Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To purchase number plates from us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide valid proof of identity

  • Provide valid proof of entitlement to use the registration number

We are legally required to verify this information before supplying number plates.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet legal requirements.


3. Legal Compliance (Number Plate Regulations)

All number plates supplied comply with:

  • The Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001

  • British Standard BS AU 145e (or current applicable standard)

  • DVLA requirements

We will print:

  • The registration number exactly as provided

  • The required British Standard markings

  • Our supplier details (as required by law)

We will not manufacture:

  • Mis-spaced plates

  • Plates intended to misrepresent a registration

  • Plates that do not comply with UK law

You are responsible for ensuring the registration number you provide is correct.


4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • This does not mean your order is accepted.

Your order is only accepted once:

  • Payment is received, and

  • Required legal documentation has been verified.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • Documentation is invalid

  • There is a pricing error

  • Fraud is suspected

If cancelled, you will receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee


5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be made in full before production begins.


6. Production and Delivery

  • Plates are custom-made to your order.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • We only ship within England.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier services

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by you

Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered.


7. Cancellations and Returns

7.1 Custom Products

Number plates are personalised/custom-made products.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to personalised goods.

Therefore:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Custom plates are non-refundable unless faulty.

7.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your plates arrive damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photographs of the issue.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty.


8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the registration provided is correct

  • Using the number plates legally

  • Fitting the plates in compliance with UK law

We are not liable for fines or penalties resulting from misuse or illegal display.


9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to this:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


11. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)

  • The Data Protection Act 2018
